A Certificate of Authenticity is included with each piece. The corners are reinforced, and the package is labeled "fragile" to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, ready to hang. Please note that original pieces do not arrive with a frame. If you would like to have a custom frame done, please email hello@hemalilala.com so we can provide this for you!
Unframed Art Prints: All unframed paper and canvas prints are carefully wrapped and securely rolled in a sturdy postal tube for safe delivery (except for paper prints in the size 8x10, which will arrive in flat packaging).
Framed Art Prints: All framed prints arrive wrapped, with multiple layers of protective packaging before being boxed. The corners are reinforced, and the package is labeled "fragile" to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, ready to hang.

Original Paintings: Please allow Hemali up to 3 weeks to prepare your beautiful original piece for shipment. Once it is signed, varnished and packaged beautifully, you will receive tracking information for an arrival date.
Unframed Prints: Please allow 5-7 days for your beautiful hand made print to arrive.
Framed Prints: Please allow 10-14 days for your hand-made print to be framed and sent out to you.
Returns
Returns
Although we take every precaution to ensure your print arrives safely, occasional mishaps can occur. If your Fine Art Print is damaged in transit, we will replace it at no charge. If you'd like to return an original painting (insured), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please note the original must be undamaged and in its original packaging in order to receive a refund.
